1.教える人が手順を理解していない。

Aを起動させて、えっと、そ れから何をやるんだったかな……

2.手順がころころ変わる。

ま ずAを起動させて……いや、まず例 外処理がないかどうかBを見ておくんだった、あ、でもBを見たってたいてい例 外処理なんてないしなぁ。うーんと、ま、とりあえずBを先に起動させておく、ってことで。

3.人に よって教え方が違う。

よし、まずCのチェックからだ。え、昨日の人からはAを先にって教わった? いや、今日は俺のやり方を 覚えてもらうから。

4.言葉が多すぎる。

こ の花びらをひとつず つお皿の上にのせていくんだ。やってみて。……雑すぎるよ、もっと丁寧に。少し下、あ、ちょっと右だな、一つ一つ注意して……

5. 説明がなく、やり方を見せるだけ。

今からやってみせるから、後でまねしてみてね。……（5分無言）……はい終 了。ね、簡単でしょう?

6.否定的な言葉が多く、ほめな い。

違う違う、そうじゃないったら。まったく、何回言ったらわかるんだか。

7. ほめ方が漠然と していて具体 的でない。

おお、いいねいいね。こないだよりずっといいよ……
